De'Nisha "Dinah" Beasley

De’Nisha Beasley,  MSW,MA commonly known as Dinah is a Community Activist, Trauma-Informed Trainer, Restorative Relationship Coach, and the proud Founder of CR3 Relationship Solutions. Passionate about inspiring a positive change in the community, she holds 13+ years of experience in serving the health, social work, counseling, and education arenas. Over the years, she has served the community in numerous important roles and holds 9 years of experience working as a Discharge Planner, Medical Social Worker, Case Manager, and Rehabilitation Specialist. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Double Master’s Degree in Social Work and Theological Studies, Dinah holds extensive training in the niche of Restorative Practices. She is also a trained Mental Health Counselor who works with at-risk women and children.

Dinah utilizes her knowledge of Trauma-Informed and Restorative Practices to help improve interpersonal communication, restore broken relationships, and build healthy communities. She is an expert in leveraging the healing power of Restorative Circles to bring healing and restoration to marriages, families, and communities. Dinah presently serves the University of California (UCLA) as a Curriculum Developer/Trainer and devotes her expertise to train service providers on delivering trauma-informed care to their clients. Dinah also strives to help schools and families adopt a trauma-informed approach to relish the positives of restorative practices on youth’s behavior and school culture. Dinah derives her greatest inspiration from the powerful testimonies, moving transformations, and stimulating experiences that inspire her to reach more people and bring positive changes in others’ lives. Serving as an advocate & activist against social issues impacting vulnerable populations, she aims to leverage her years of experience, training, and expertise to bring about a social change and restoration to communities throughout this world.

Dinah is also the founder of Social Issue Support in HER – SIS-HER –a non-profit organization working on preventing child sexual exploitation and sex trafficking. Her current initiative, The Kid’s Defense Project, educates, empowers, and equips communities with the knowledge and resources needed to protect children from human trafficking.

Native to Detroit, MI, Dinah presently resides in Los Angeles, California, and actively travels from the East to the West coast to represent the voiceless and serve the community. She has also planned and hosted numerous community programs in several locations from Compton, CA to Kampala, Uganda. Besides this, Dinah cherishes spending time with her six God-Children and loves prayer, watching re-runs of A Different World, and spreading smiles.
