As a child, I have fond memories of gathering with my extended family for our annual reunion. However, as time passed, these reunions became less frequent, and I began to miss the laughter, love, and memories we created together. That's why I decided to plan a family road trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, to reignite the bond we once shared and create new memories to last a lifetime.

Travel has a way of healing and restoring relationships, and this trip was no exception. The breathtaking scenery of the Smoky Mountains, combined with quality time spent together, allowed us to reconnect and strengthen our bonds. Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies - We immersed ourselves in the beauty of the underwater world at Ripley's Aquarium. We were in awe of the diverse marine life on display.

Ober Gatlinburg - We took a scenic cable car ride to Ober Gatlinburg and saw breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.

Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. - After a day of adventure, we headed to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. for a delicious family dinner. We laughed and reminisced over plates of juicy shrimp and other mouth-watering dishes.

Anakeesta - We spent the day exploring Anakeesta, a unique mountain village filled with shops, restaurants, and breathtaking views. We took a scenic chairlift ride, did outdoor tubing, rode a roller coaster down the mountain, and even had a mini family photo shoot in front of the stunning mountain vista.

Wild Bear Falls Water Park - We cooled off at Wild Bear Falls Water Park, where we spent the day splashing and playing in the water. I got my entire family in for FREE thanks to Westgate Resorts!

Pigeon Forge Indoor Snow Tubing - At indoor Pigeon Forge Indoor Snow Tubing, you can zoom down the artificial snow-covered hills, (I have videos from when my friend and I went. We were giggling and having a blast.)

Titanic Museum -At the Titanic Museum, you can learn about the famous ship and the lives of those who sailed on it.

Our family road trip to Gatlinburg was a true success, filled with laughter, love, and memories that will last a lifetime. The importance of spending time with family cannot be overstated, and I am grateful for the opportunity to reignite the bond we share.
